40% management markup on base production cost and a $250 monthly management minimum for each active managed store.
How Managed Store Pricing Works
Abundios operates the merchandise store and adds a 40% management markup to the base production cost of each product.
Base production cost: what it costs to make the item
Managed product price: base production cost plus a 40% management markup
Retail price: the public price you help set
You keep the difference between the retail price and the managed price, minus applicable transaction expenses.
The 40% is a markup on the base production cost. It is not 40% of the retail price.
The retail price must cover the managed product price and leave room for your organization's proceeds. Shipping, taxes, payment-processing charges, refunds, discounts and other applicable expenses may affect final proceeds.
Each managed store has a $250 monthly management minimum.
The management markup Abundios earns on qualifying orders is credited toward the minimum dollar for dollar. If the store earns at least $250 in management markup during the month, nothing more is due. If it earns less, your organization pays only the difference.
Proceeds are paid on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or banking holiday, payment is issued the next business day. Sales must complete the applicable processing, fulfillment, refund and reconciliation period before they are included in a payout.

Payments and ownership
Abundios receives and manages storefront payments, coordinates production and fulfillment, and provides a monthly settlement statement.
With a managed store, Abundios owns and operates the storefront, ecommerce configuration, automations and operating system used to deliver the service. Your organization keeps its name, trademarks, logos and original designs.
It works much like leasing a professionally operated retail space: your organization gets its own branded store without building or running the system behind it.
Either party may end managed service with 90 days' written notice. When managed service ends, your organization keeps its eligible brand assets and original design files as provided in the agreement. The storefront, account configuration, automations and templates are not transferred.
If your organization wants to own and operate its store, choose the Standalone Store Build.
Pricing
Managed stores start at $2,500 for Essentials (up to 20 launch products), $4,500 for Professional (up to 40 launch products, multiple buyer groups and a launch promotion kit), and $7,500 for Custom programs. Standalone Store Builds start at $7,500. Managed-to-standalone conversions start at $5,000 and require a separate build and migration proposal.
Starting prices cover implementation of the managed store. Final pricing depends on the number of products, design requirements, buyer groups, integrations, purchasing rules and overall complexity. Additional products beyond your tier are quoted separately.
Standard products have a base production cost, a managed product price (base production cost × 1.40), and a public retail price. The 40% is a markup on base production cost, not 40% of the retail price. Your organization helps set retail prices, subject to Abundios's minimum sustainable price and final approval.
Organizational purchases
Authorized purchases by your organization use the managed product price plus shipping, tax, and transaction expenses. They generate no client proceeds, and the earned markup counts toward the monthly minimum. Internal pricing and public discounts cannot be combined without specific authorization.
Authorized pricing is applied automatically through approved customer accounts, customer tags, store segments or discount rules. The exact method depends on your store configuration.
Monthly minimum
Each managed store has a $250 monthly management minimum.
The management markup Abundios earns on qualifying orders is credited toward the minimum dollar for dollar. If the store earns at least $250 in management markup during the month, nothing more is due. If it earns less, your organization pays only the difference.
Because the markup equals 40% of base production cost, about $625 in combined base production costs generates $250 in management markup. For example, about 42 items with a $15 production cost selling at $30 equals about $1,260 in retail sales and $252 in markup. Results vary by product and price, and sales are not guaranteed.
The monthly minimum is not an additional fixed fee, a subscription, a commission or a cap on sales. Markup above the minimum is retained by Abundios and is not credited to a future month.
Qualifying earned markup on completed, non-refunded orders counts toward the monthly minimum. At $100 in markup, $150 is due. At $250, nothing more is due. At $400, nothing more is due and the extra $150 is not credited to a future month.
Shipping, taxes, and expenses
Shipping, taxes, and payment-processing expenses are separate from merchandise proceeds. Shipping and taxes are not management revenue and do not count toward the minimum. Approved discounts normally reduce your proceeds while protecting production and management charges.
Refunds and adjustments
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and prior-period adjustments affect settlement. Disputed amounts may be held, amounts previously paid may be recovered from later settlements, and negative balances are handled under the service agreement.
Large orders
Orders of 1,000 units or more of the same product and design require a custom quote and may require full payment or a deposit before production. Large orders may use different production, pricing, payment and fulfillment arrangements than standard store orders.
Payment flow
A customer places an order through your branded store.
The store collects the customer's payment.
Production and fulfillment costs are paid to the production provider.
Taxes, payment-processing fees, discounts, refunds and other applicable expenses are accounted for.
Abundios retains its 40% markup on the product's base production cost.
The $250 monthly management minimum is reconciled.
Your organization's remaining proceeds are calculated.
Your organization receives its monthly payout and statement.
Monthly statement
Public sales and internal purchases are reported separately. Each statement shows sales, internal purchases, production and shipping costs, taxes and processing fees, discounts, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, other transaction expenses, management revenue and minimum credits, any shortfall, prior-period adjustments, eligible proceeds, and the final payout.
Payout schedule
Proceeds are paid on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or banking holiday, payment is issued the next business day. Sales must complete the applicable processing, fulfillment, refund and reconciliation period before they are included in a payout.
Eligible net proceeds are calculated after each calendar month closes. For example, January sales are reconciled after January 31 for a February 15 payout. Pending, disputed, or unresolved transactions may be held until finalized.
Ending service
Either party may end managed service with 90 days' written notice. When managed service ends, your organization keeps its eligible brand assets and original design files as provided in the agreement. The storefront, account configuration, automations and templates are not transferred.
Standalone stores are owned by your organization after final payment and handoff. Standalone builds include 30 days of post-launch support; after handoff your organization is responsible for subscriptions, apps, products, customer service, pricing, accounting, vendors, updates, marketing and ongoing operation. Continued support and additional scope are quoted separately.
